貌似维也纳的服务对中国不太友好。 同时入住的有中国旅行团。 酒店早餐没有准备充足，态度也不友好。

The price!

This hotel should be rated as 2* in fact, the rooms looks very old fashioned and not renovated, having a sink with mirror in the front of your bed. Internet connection in the room is very poor, and it was jumping all the time. For breakfast you have to pay extra. And there is no bar when I arrived wanted to have a hot drink, but there is just vending machine.

Good bed, good blackout curtains,very hot water.

Location near the airport. Free parking.

No sound isolation in the room. No air ventilation in the room. Toilet door locker was broken. Breakfast was really poor. Internet was slower than 2g on my iPhone. Worse hotel in Austria I ever visited and very similar to other hotels of Azimut Hotel Group in Russia. Fantastic example of Russian-style service in Europe.

This is the hotel is located nearby the Vienna Airport that was the reason of our choice. We need just to have a bed for the night and early in the morning we ad the flight. This is a good choice for those who need to have a bed for a rest while u wait the flight aor for a night. There is a bus-shuttle from the airport 10 euro or taxi 17 euro. I was a family and little child. everything was ok what concerns staying at the hotel. Value for money)

It was extremly noisy because the wind was blowing so hard that we barely could sleep. The wind was making a loud noise through the ventilation system.

thought i`ll save some money but 44+9(breakfast)+18(taxi from airport)+10(shuttle to airport)...probably i`ll choose NH hotell right in front of the airport, next time ....even if it costs more. At least you can get a decent breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel provided free Internet.

The hotel is close to the airport, but there is no shuttle from the airport (the only comfortable way to get there is by taxi, which is very expensive) and they charge a hefty fee for the return shuttle. There are no telephones in the rooms. The Internet is free but needs to be renewed constantly. There are very limited dining options (the hotel is a 10- minute drive away from the airport in the countryside, there are no dining or entertainment options within walking distance).

Our room was to accomadate 4 adults. We had 1 double bed and the other a pull down bench which just had a sheet to cover it. We had a torrible nights sleep on the board of a bed.
